It's time to get to work. We must no longer miss the precious moment of defining our Declaration of Rights on WATER. This should not be enjoyed by private companies. It must be taken care of and the only ones who have to enforce these requirements are we, the citizens of the whole planet. Our action must be mass, so that it is known that water belongs to everyone. Water is life, water is peace.
